Apex Gala

The last couple months have been very busy starting with the Apex for Youth Gala at Cipriani in New York City that I attended with my girlfriend Stacey.   This is the benefit run by my dear friend and work colleague Thomas Chin who works tirelessly for the organization.   For those of you that are not aware Apex for Youth delivers possibility to children from underserved Asian communities in New York City. They do this through a volunteer programs offering mentoring, education, and athletic opportunities to name a few that inspire the youth to overcome the many challenges they face on a day to day basis.  The night from the food, drink and opportunity to spend this with good people and for a great cause was a ton of fun.

Without question one of the best parts of the night was seeing Stacey in her formal dress. She just looked amazing. We also had a little time before the event and knowing that we were not too far from Tiffany’s we had an idea.   Stacey is a huge fan of Breakfast at Tiffany’s so at her suggestion we did our own take on the famous Audrey Hepburn moment when Audrey peers into the Tiffany’s window with a coffee and danish in hand. The photos that followed made my night.

This was a ton of fun and it always helps to have a beautiful lady on your arm to make it happen.     Thanks for looking
