Traveling for a Family Wedding
|This past weekend Stacey and I had to travel to attend a family friends wedding in Eastern Pennsylvania. We stayed at the Bridgetown Mill House Inn in Langhorn and the place was really amazing. The Inn is a restored 200 year old stone structure with 5 rooms and a small restaurant on the main floor.
It’s everything you think about in a country inn. The operation is run by Russell and Kim and lets just say they have what they are doing down. Russell is the executive chef and the man can cook. The caramelized pork chop and country style meat loaf made with filet mignon was just out of this world good. Kim handles the rest of the day to day operations from dinning room, guests and just making you feel at home with a smile on her face all the time. The hospitality from top to bottom was first class.
With a longer then normal layover between the ceremony and reception I took the opportunity to take a few photos of Stacey’s family. We did this on the grounds of the Northampton Valley Country club where the reception was to take place. After finding a nice shady but scenic spot a few photos where made – you can’t have enough family photos.
And look how beautiful Stacey is…. just adorable. 🙂
