The Christmas Gift with no time to spare.

I love when a family thinks outside the box for a christmas gift to a family member. They could have taken the easy way out and bought some gift at some department store that their loved one may or may not have like, needed or even wanted just to scratch an item off the holiday to do list. Thankfully Travis and Annemarie thought a family portrait of them and kids would be a touching gift that would create memories for years to come.

With it being mid November the execution of this was going to be really tight to turn this around as a holiday gift but we picked a day and met at a local park but let me tell you it was COLD! I found 3 different locations within short distance of each other and the cars should there need to be reason to take a break and warm up. We ended up needing to do that …yes it was that cold!

Short of the weather not playing nice the shoot went really well thanks to great subjects and my beautiful assistant Stacey who I couldn’t have done the job without. Here’s my favorite shots that were delivered same day so prints could be ordered and framed in time for Christmas.   Enjoy!
